Welcome to the website of the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum Foundation, the alumni organization of Harvard University’s celebrated mixed choir. HRCMF is committed to supporting high-quality mixed choral music at Harvard. To that end, we provide financial and administrative support to HRCM and the other Holden choirs, the Harvard Glee Club and the Radcliffe Choral Society. We also serve as a resource and network for our alumni community around the world.

HRCMF is on Facebook! Connect with fellow Collegi-alumni by joining the HRCMF Facebook group.

Dear Alumni,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the death on Wednesday, November 4 of Cathy Josman, class of 1984. Cathy was a passionate and dedicated HRCMF board member, Collegiite, musician, and friend, and we feel her loss tremendously.

Cathy regretted having to miss the 1981 tour for financial reasons. Inspired by this, the Foundation has established “The Catherine C. Josman Fund” in Cathy’s memory, to be used in support of Collegium tours, with special emphasis on financial assistance to support undergraduate members of Collegium who might not otherwise be able to participate. It is our hope that the fund captures Cathy’s generous and fun-loving spirit and love of travel, and will live on as a way for us to remember and honor her going forward.

To give online to the Fund, click the “Donate” button in the top left of the page and then follow up with an email to treasurer@hrcmf.org to notify us that you’d like to designate your gift to the Catherine C. Josman Fund. (The email is important, because otherwise we will have no way to know your intention for the gift.)

To donate via check, make a check out to “HRCMF” with “Catherine C. Josman Fund” in the memo line, and mail it to:

Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum Foundation, Inc.
PO Box 381987
Cambridge, MA 02238

(All donations to the Foundation are fully tax-deductible. The Foundation’s EIN is 042648126.)

We encourage you to share memories of Cathy in our HRCMF Facebook group. She is greatly, greatly missed.

The HRCM Foundation will be conducting its annual phonathon on Sunday, November 8, Monday, November 9, and Thursday, November 11. Current Collegiites will be reaching out to you to give you an update on Collegium projects and to encourage your financial support for the coming year. Alumni gifts to HRCMF directly and immediately benefit the students by allowing the Foundation to provide tour support, voice lessons, administrative assistance, and other managerial and financial aid to the Collegium.

We hope you enjoy chatting with current Collegiites during the Phonathon. They are eager to regale you with stories about their fantastic Summer 2015 Tour to Brazil and their exciting concert lineup this year, including a performance of Handel’s Messiah on December 4.

If you’re ready to support the Collegium now, it’s easy! Just click on the “Donate to HRCMF” button in the top-left corner of the page or send a check made out to “HRCMF” to PO Box 381987, Cambridge, MA 02238.

Thank you in advance for your generosity, and we look forward to speaking with you soon!
