HRCM Celebrates its 40th Anniversary -- February 18, 2012

HRCM Foundation invites all Collegium alumni, students and guests to a festive reunion and a stirring concert of Rachmaninov's Vespers to celebrate HRCM's 40th birthday. The 40th Anniversary celebrations are happening at a unique point in time for Collegium, and we hope that you'll return to Harvard with fellow Collegiites from various eras and join us in reflecting on Collegium's history, reminiscing over how the choir has developed and matured over the years, and learn more about its vision and its future under new Director of Choral Activities, Andy Clark.

Not to mention, it's the perfect time to catch up with old friends, relive memorable moments from past performances and tours, and completely wallow in music all day, first by participating in a raucous alumni sing and then by sitting back and enjoying a gorgeous performance of one of Rachmaninov's own favorite works. No guarantees, but after some wine and mulled cider at the after-concert reception, we foresee spontaneous singing to continue late into the night...
